Monica Cossio began her work as a Professional Hair & MakeUp artist in 1997 at a prestigious studio in Guadalajara, Mexico and then at a prestigious salon in Mazatlan, Mexico, owned by her mother. She now works independently out of Phoenix, AZ and enjoys a variety of work including fashion, bridal and much more. Monica's work is diverse and has encompassed everything from celebrity photo shoots, society weddings, fashion shows, beauty pageants to beauty segments in local morning TV shows through TVAzteca.

In 2005 she was invited to participate in the Miss America Latina beauty pageant in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic as the official MakeUp Artist. She works every year in Mazatlan's International Carnival (beauty contest) and has participated in Mexico's 'Nuestra Belleza' beauty pageant.
